  • Channel Strategy & Execution: Plan and govern paid media across B2C/B2B, balancing budgets across social, search, display, affiliates, and emerging platforms.
  • Performance & Optimization: Monitor KPIs, run A/B tests, analyze data, and present actionable insights to leadership for ROI improvement.
  • Collaboration & Delivery: Manage agency/partners, coordinate with brand/eCommerce/sales, and translate creative briefs into high-performing assets.

Job Description

Own and optimize paid media across digital and traditional channels, aligning with marketing goals and driving ROI through rigorous testing, measurement, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Growth Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive paid media plans across B2C and B2B, balancing budget across social, programmatic, search, retail, affiliate, and emerging channels.
  • Campaign Execution: Own end-to-end media buys, coordinating with platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads, and retail networks.
  • Innovation & Optimization: Identify non-traditional channels and opportunities to expand reach and improve performance through A/B testing and audience segmentation.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Monitor KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CAC, engagement, conversions), deliver insights, and present learnings to stakeholders.
  • Agency & Partner Management: Manage day-to-day with the digital media agency, contractors, and platform relationships; ensure data privacy, security, and contractual compliance.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with brand, eCommerce, sales, and B2B teams to align media with product launches and retail initiatives.
  • Performance Systems: Maintain dashboards and tracking for transparency and scalability; drive eCommerce content optimization and traffic to convert.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Run site and traffic reports in Google Analytics and other tools to inform media optimization.
  • Campaign Briefing & Creative Alignment: Partner with creative teams to shape briefs, objectives, and assets that maximize ROI across channels.
