Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and support end-to-end multi-channel strategy to align with business goals and initiatives (Lead-Gen & Ecommerce)
Own channel measurement: tracking, monitoring, brand lift studies and optimizing performance against critical metrics
Coordinate with Creative and Client Services teams
Develop creative testing roadmap and participate in creative briefing and performance readouts
Provide clear creative direction to designers based on data and results
Provide account changes and optimizations to the Account Manager and any other pertinent team members
Set up, optimize and execute paid media campaigns using Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, Amazon Ads, and Google Ads
Write and review copy for paid ad campaigns informed by NPA best practices
Monitor daily advertising spend per channel to align with client’s monthly budget pacing
Collaborate with Client Services to report on campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations to clients

Requirements

1-3 years of hands-on experience setting up, optimizing, and reporting on Paid Search & Social campaigns
Experience using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Experience setting up Facebook Ads including pixel tracking and configuration
Knowledge of eComm/Retail/Shopping marketing tactics
Strong Presentation Skills, Creative, Customer Focused & Action Oriented
Critical Thinker, Relentless Learner, Winning Can Do Attitude
Strong Attention to Detail
