Job Description

Responsibilities

    Handles media relations, develops messaging, creates and distributes content, coordinates interviews and events, and tracks media coverage. Collaborates across teams to drive storytelling and supports crisis and public affairs communications. Collaborates on the implementation of marketing and communication projects, campaigns, or events, ensuring completion within time and budget constraints. Assists with the strategic development and evaluation of marketing and communication plans. Creates and edits content and materials for assigned platforms or audiences. Collaborates with various teams, departments, and external vendors, ensuring that the execution of projects and strategies align with broader organizational objectives. Uses data and analytics to inform strategies and measure the effectiveness of campaigns and projects. Provides support to clients, team members, and other departments, ensuring continuous quality and service improvement. Supervises client projects and provides continuous quality and service improvement, offering counsel and support within the team.

Requirements

    Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field, required. Two years of marketing, communication, or equivalent experience, required. Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.
