Responsibilities

• Partner with Data Science, Engineering, IT, DGMN teams, and third-party partners to support the development and enhancement of media measurement and reporting capabilities
• Contribute to testing, validation, and quality assurance of reporting outputs, dashboards, and data pipelines to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for data science and data engineering teams
• Support the rollout and adoption of measurement and reporting solutions across Operations, Insights, and Sales teams through documentation, resources, and training materials
• Gather and synthesize feedback from stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve reporting tools and processes
• Assist with ad hoc reporting requests to support product development and client needs

Requirements

• Foundational understanding of statistical concepts to ensure the accuracy and reliability of performance data and provide actionable insights
• Understanding of sales attribution across various touchpoints in the customer journey, including view-through conversions
• Experience with SQL and statistical programming languages (e.g., Python or R)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate analytical and technical findings for non-technical audiences
• Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to drive progress and solve business problems
• Growth-oriented and collaborative mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science)
• ~2 years of experience in data analysis, measurement, or reporting

Preferred

• Familiarity with complex measurement methodologies (e.g., attribution modeling, incrementality testing, A/B testing)
• Experience collaborating on technical or data-focused projects
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
