Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnering
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, IT, Comms Planning, and channel managers to advise and validate investment decisions.
  • Support case development for media-related technology, platform, or product changes.
  • Growth Prioritization & Optimization
  • Guide roadmap prioritization based on impact and resource allocation.
  • Contribute to forecasting, benchmarking, and trend analysis to guide long-term strategic planning.
  • Business Case Development & Decision Support
  • Develop and socialize cases for media-related technology, platforms, and product improvements, aligning financial impact with strategic goals.
  • Long-Term Planning & Growth Enablement
  • Contribute to multi-year planning through forecasting, benchmarking, and trend analysis that advise T-Mobile’s media enablement vision.
  • Help evolve operating models, decision processes, and success metrics to better support growth at scale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Marketing, Business or Related Field
  • Five years demonstrated ability in product growth, marketing strategy, management consulting or a related field.
  • Proven ability to influence roadmap and investment decisions in sophisticated, cross-functional environments.
  • Strong strategic storytelling skills, with the ability to synthesize data, insights, and assumptions into clear, executive-ready narratives.
  • Experience defining goals, success metrics, and decision frameworks to guide prioritization and execution.
  • Comfort working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics to advise strategy (without requiring hands-on analytics ownership).
  • Background in media, marketing, consumer tech, or performance-based growth environments.
  • Experience working within agile product or engineering organizations to influence roadmap decisions.
  • Strong understanding of retention metrics, lifecycle analysis, and marketing funnel performance.
