Role Overview

Juice Media is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Media Coordinator to join our Media Activation team. This is a great entry point into the media industry — you'll support the execution and stewardship of cross-channel campaigns across channels such as Linear TV, Streaming/CTV, Audio, and OOH, working closely with senior buyers to learn the fundamentals of media planning and buying in a fast-paced agency environment. This is a full-time position with a base salary range of $40,000–$60,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Local candidates only.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Operations: Complete and process pre-logs and post-logs accurately and on time; maintain order, organization, and documentation for all assigned accounts; gain proficiency in CORE and PM360 for inputting, tracking, and reconciling buys.
• Client & Campaign Support: Assist with daily client needs including schedule changes, budget adjustments, and marketplace updates; pull data and insights to support planning, optimizations, and reporting; build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Media Buying & Stewardship: Work with vendors to monitor audience delivery and secure make-good packages; assist with plan revisions, rate tracking, and day-to-day stewardship of buys; stay informed on emerging media trends.
• Data Management & Analysis: Work with large data sets to compile reports used for planning and client insights; use Excel for data evaluation and reporting; assist with performance tracking and delivery analysis across networks and stations.
• Team Collaboration: Support team members across buying, client communication, and workflow prioritization; demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills; continue developing media knowledge by learning from senior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (advertising, marketing, communications, media studies, or related field)
• 0–2+ years of media buying or media experience; traditional or direct response experience a plus
• Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and comfort working with numbers and budgets
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; knowledge of pivot tables and v-lookups is a plus
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under tight deadlines
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with large data sets and solve problems proactively
• Willingness to learn media systems (CORE, PM360) and expand buying expertise
