Responsibilities

• Social Media Management
• Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars.
• Create, schedule, publish, and manage content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other approved platforms.
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages appropriately.
• Develop strategies to increase audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility.
• Identify opportunities to highlight company culture, client partnerships, and industry expertise.
• Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all platforms.
• Content Creation
• Write, edit, and proofread marketing content, including: social media posts, blog articles, email campaigns, client success stories, case studies, conference announcements, recruiting content, and company updates.
• Collaborate with leadership to create thought leadership content.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Bachelor's degree in: Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, public relations, or related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience in managing professional or business social media accounts.
• Experience supporting conferences, trade shows, and industry events
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
