Media Buyer

Responsibilities

• Support campaign setup, naming conventions, and QA across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads
• Assist Media Buyers with day-to-day campaign management tasks and execution
• Pull and compile weekly performance reports, ensuring KPI accuracy across CTR, CVR, ROAS, and CPA
• Follow optimization playbooks and SOPs to make basic bid, budget, and targeting adjustments
• Monitor pixel firing, UTM tracking, and conversion data, flagging discrepancies promptly
• Learn and document platform-specific best practices and internal processes
• Communicate internal performance updates clearly and on time
• Contribute to team workflows and flag issues proactively before they become problems

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a paid media role
• BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience
• Direct, working experience in at least one of the following: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads
• Demonstrated ability to manage tasks independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Solid understanding of core performance metrics: CTR, CVR, ROAS, and CPA
• Comfortable working in Google Sheets or Excel for reporting and data tracking
• Familiarity with UTM parameters and pixel-based tracking; ability to flag and investigate basic discrepancies
• Strong attention to detail, accurate campaign setup, and QA are a core part of this role
• Clear written and verbal communication for internal reporting and team collaboration
• Receptive to feedback and able to apply it quickly without repeated direction

Preferred

• Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to incorporate them into day-to-day work
