Job Summary
Own end-to-end lead gen media buying across search, social, video, native and direct buys for finance-focused leads, with a bias to CPL/CPA optimization and quality across channels.
- Owning multi-channel lead gen: Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, native and direct media buys.
- Build retargeting, audience, landing page optimization, and budgeting to lift lead quality and ROI.
- Partner with sales/ops to ensure lead quality meets revenue goals and track performance with attribution and analytics.

Responsibilities
- Purchase and manage email lead generation campaigns from publishers, newsletter operators, and lead providers
- Identify, negotiate, and optimize direct media buying opportunities in the finance and investment space
- Develop and scale lead generation campaigns across Google Ads
- Develop and scale lead generation campaigns across YouTube Ads
- Develop and scale lead generation campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Develop and scale lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn
- Develop and scale lead generation campaigns across native advertising platforms
- Develop and scale lead generation campaigns across additional paid acquisition channels
- Build and manage retargeting campaigns to maximize conversion rates and improve lead quality
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPL, CPA, lead quality, and ROI
