Job Summary

Drive practical enablement of NXP MCU software by defining tool requirements, creating technical marketing and training materials, and nurturing partner collaboration to accelerate customer adoption.

  • Define software tool and requirement set with inputs from FAEs, customers, and product marketing.
  • Create hands-on training materials and deliver introductory sessions to customers and FAEs.
  • Support the NXP Partner Program with joint training and collaboration to promote MCU enablement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in defining software tool and application software requirements based on inputs from NXP FAEs, customers and product marketing.
  • Develop technical marketing materials (presentations, videos) to promote and educate customers/FAEs/Sales about enabling software technologies and tools.
  • Develop hands-on training materials to provide introductory training to enabling software technologies and tools for customers and FAEs. Participate in training delivery to FAEs and customers.
  • Support partner relationships as part of the NXP Partner Program, developing joint training, help drive promotion and foster collaboration.
  • Evaluate competitor software and tools to assess capabilities versus NXP offerings.
  • Work with Marcom team support to promote MCU enablement through blogs, social media and other media channels

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field of embedded software, such as Computer Science, Computer and or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience working with software development tools or related fields
  • Ability to work at customer training events that require travel.
  • Excellent problem-solving & decision making, planning, organizing, project management and coaching skills.
  • Able to work with media production software: Word, Powerpoint, Camtasia
