Responsibilities

• Lead & Delegate: Manage and empower junior team member. Delegate responsibilities effectively to drive operational excellence and team growth.
• Client Partnership: Serve as a primary day-to-day client contact for Tennessee Tourism, understanding their business goals, travel trends, and marketing strategies.
• Execution & Stewardship: Drive projects from brief to completion. Oversee campaign execution, project estimates, monthly billings and status reporting.
• Cross-Agency Collaboration: Facilitate alignment across internal teams and specialized discipline leads.

Requirements

• 4 years of agency account management experience
• Demonstrated experience managing people, delegating tasks, and working with cross-functional teams .
• Proven ability to jump into projects immediately with minimal hand-holding.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior-level clients.
