Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as subject-matter expert on Salesforce within the law firm environment, with working familiarity across other platforms (e.g., Intapp DealCloud, HubSpot, InterAction+, Nexl, Dynamics)
  • Support Salesforce implementation, configuration, migration, cleanup, and optimization projects
  • Contribute to change management efforts, including stakeholder communications and adoption strategies tailored to law firm cultures
  • Develop and deliver training programs — live sessions, one-on-one coaching, recorded demos, quick-reference guides, and full training manuals
  • Advise on best practices for data structure, contact management, experience tracking, activity capture, segmentation, and reporting
  • Assist with marketing automation, email campaign setup, event tracking, and integrations with third-party tools
  • Troubleshoot CRM and MarTech issues and provide clear, action-oriented recommendations
  • Translate marketing and BD goals into scalable workflows, dashboards, and reports
  • Document processes, system configurations, and recommendations in clear, user-friendly formats

Requirements

  • Hands-on Salesforce experience inside Am Law or mid-sized law firms, or within professional services (consulting, accounting, financial services), with a track record of improving adoption and outcomes
  • Experience designing and delivering multi-format training and user-friendly training assets
  • Proficiency in CRM configuration, data hygiene, segmentation, reporting, marketing automation, and integrations
  • Strong data management and analytics skills with the ability to build actionable dashboards aligned to BD goals and KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills — able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and execute
  • Understanding of legal industry expectations around confidentiality, data privacy, and information security
  • Able to manage multiple client priorities independently and deliver high-quality work on deadline

Preferred

  • Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
