Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Marketing and Communications Specialist will develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications initiatives that enhance awareness of the division's clinical services, research programs, educational activities, and community outreach efforts.
  • The role will help promote the division's achievements, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and support fundraising and development initiatives through compelling, mission-driven communications.
  • Working collaboratively with faculty, staff, institutional partners, donors, and community stakeholders, the specialist will help connect families, healthcare professionals, donors, and community partners with the vital work being accomplished in Developmental Pediatrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
  • Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree.
  • Hiring Contingent Upon a Background Check: Yes

  • The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, a talent for storytelling, and experience creating engaging content across multiple platforms.
