Job Summary

Own the automation backbone for marketing workflows, tying data, tooling, and decision logic into cross‑platform orchestration to cut manual handoffs and cycle time.

  • Own end‑to‑end automation lifecycle across marketing systems, balancing autonomous and human‑in‑the‑loop execution to deliver measurable cycle‑time gains.
  • Coordinate with data, IT, and platform teams to maintain tagging, connections, and measurement touchpoints that scale with business goals.
  • Define ownership and escalation paths to avoid duplicate analytics or reporting while enabling reliable, governance‑driven automation across initiatives.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the Digital Marketing and eBusiness team to restructure end‑to‑end workflows , reducing manual effort and reliance on coordination‑based execution.
  • Translate business goals and operational needs into system‑driven execution models , including autonomous and human‑in‑the‑loop designs.
  • Own the full lifecycle of automated workflows, including creation, iteration, performance measurement, and retirement.
  • Build and configure solutions, agents, and platform automations using existing IT‑approved tools and systems .
  • Act as the orchestration layer across marketing platforms by connecting data, actions, and decision logic to minimize manual handoffs.
  • Provide operational stewardship for critical platform connections, tagging frameworks, and measurement touchpoints that automation and agent‑driven workflows depend on.
  • Ensure automations are resilient, observable, and aligned with marketing objectives rather than one‑off task execution.
  • Provide connective enablement across core marketing platforms and integrations, ensuring the foundational systems between major initiatives remain reliable, governed, and aligned with automation-driven execution.
  • Partner closely with existing digital marketing data, analytics, IT, and platform experts to clarify ownership boundaries, handoffs, and escalation paths, without duplicating analytics, reporting, or insight-generation responsibilities.
  • Serve as the coordination point for cross-platform integration health, tagging governance, and measurement continuity, particularly where responsibilities span multiple teams or tools.
