Responsibilities

• Administer and support the firm’s MarTech stack.
• Manage day-to-day system maintenance, configuration, troubleshooting and testing.
• Coordinate upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and vendor-supported improvements.
• Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities to improve usability and efficiency.
• Maintain system documentation, procedures, and training materials.
• Supervise and provide day-to-day direction to a team of marketing technology administrators and data stewards/specialists.
• Support administration and optimization of CRM and experience management platforms, including InterAction, Foundation, or similar systems.
• Assist with data quality initiatives, data cleanup efforts, and user adoption programs.
• Develop standard reports, dashboards, and analytics that support marketing and business development activities.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Knowledge Management teams to improve data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting marketing technology, CRM, digital marketing, business development technology, or marketing operations.
• Experience administering CRM, email marketing, website, or related business development technologies.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with attorneys, business professionals, vendors, and technical teams.

Preferred

• Law firm or professional services experience.
• Experience with InterAction, Foundation, Vuture, Concep/Litera Marketing, Power BI, Tableau, GA4, Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress, or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting marketing automation and email marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM data management and reporting best practices.
• Experience supporting implementation or migration of marketing technology systems.
• Exposure to AI-enabled marketing and productivity tools.
• Experience managing, supervising, or providing day-to-day direction to a team.
