Responsibilities

• Data Management & Support: Assist with maintaining and improving data quality across CRM, experience management, and marketing technology platforms.
• Data Management & Support: Help monitor data health, flag inconsistencies, and support data cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment processes.
• Data Management & Support: Organize and standardize data related to matters, client contacts, and business development initiatives.
• Automation & Process Coordination: Support the setup and maintenance of workflows for data validation and enrichment with guidance from senior team members.
• Automation & Process Coordination: Help track key metrics (KPIs) around data quality and system usage.
• Automation & Process Coordination: Coordinate with other teams to ensure consistent data governance and compliance practices.
• Reporting, Analytics & Research: Assist in building basic dashboards and reports to support marketing campaigns, rankings submissions, BD efforts, and client outreach.
• Reporting, Analytics & Research: Compile research on clients, prospects, competitors, and industries to support business development initiatives.
• Reporting, Analytics & Research: Help maintain business intelligence libraries and repositories.
• Technology Platform Support: Support the use and maintenance of marketing and business development tools, including CRM, marketing automation systems, and data reporting platforms.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, marketing technology, CRM management, research, or business development support.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, or experience management platforms is a plus.
• Strong skills in use of data management applications; experience with data visualization tools a plus.
• Comfortable learning and working with new technologies and databases.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to solving problems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with clear communication and follow-through.
• Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from a cross-functional team.

Preferred

• Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, or experience management platforms is a plus
• Experience with data visualization tools is a plus
