Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Data Management & Support: Assist with maintaining and improving data quality across CRM, experience management, and marketing technology platforms.
  • Help monitor data health, flag inconsistencies, and support data cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment processes.
  • Organize and standardize data related to matters, client contacts, and business development initiatives.
  • Automation & Process Coordination: Support the setup and maintenance of workflows for data validation and enrichment with guidance from senior team members.
  • Help track key metrics (KPIs) around data quality and system usage.
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure consistent data governance and compliance practices.
  • Reporting, Analytics & Research: Assist in building basic dashboards and reports to support marketing campaigns, rankings submissions, BD efforts, and client outreach.
  • Compile research on clients, prospects, competitors, and industries to support business development initiatives.
  • Help maintain business intelligence libraries and repositories.
  • Technology Platform Support: Support the use and maintenance of marketing and business development tools, including CRM, marketing automation systems, and data reporting platforms.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, marketing technology, CRM management, research, or business development support
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, or experience management platforms is a plus
  • Strong skills in use of data management applications; experience with data visualization tools a plus
  • Comfortable learning and working with new technologies and databases
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to solving problems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with clear communication and follow-through
  • Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from a cross-functional team

Preferred

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, or experience management platforms (as a plus)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (as a plus)
  • Interest in marketing technology and data trends (eagerness to learn) (inferred)
