Responsibilities

• Lead management efforts with a select group of dealers, ensuring leads move consistently through the sales funnel and project‑managing actions, follow‑ups, and workflow improvements.
• Execute digital tactics across channels, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, and alignment with EP priorities and campaign objectives.
• Help structure website content to support search visibility, answer engine discovery and AI-powered search experiences.
• Update and optimize campaign, industry and application pages for SEO, design quality, AEO, and overall discoverability, ensuring pages remain current and customer‑focused.
• Conduct regular SEO audits to identify issues and opportunities, analyzing website performance.
• Own, maintain, and regularly update Cat Dealer platform.
• Create practical guidance, templates and checklists to help internal stakeholders produce effective digital content.
• Work closely with dealers, SMEs, and internal digital teams to align on priorities, coordinate updates, and ensure execution supports shared goals.
• Measure success using clear KPIs across digital execution, web performance, and dealer lead progression, reporting back with insights and optimization recommendations.

Requirements

• Travel up to 5% is required.
• This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.

• This position is located in Irving, TX or Peoria, IL.
