Job Summary

Own the brand and campaigns across online and offline channels, with a strong tilt toward launches, packaging decisions, and cross-functional collaboration aimed at multi-unit restaurant operations.

  • Campaign Ownership: plan, launch, and optimize integrated campaigns to raise awareness and drive traffic across channels.
  • Product & Packaging: guide packaging and tableware selection to reinforce brand while improving operations and cost efficiency.
  • Launch & Market Insights: coordinate grand openings, new brands, and use market data to steer product and marketing decisions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive store traffic.
  • Plan and implement seasonal promotions, product launches, and partnership campaigns to boost sales performance.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize marketing strategies based on performance data.
  • Select and optimize food packaging, tableware, and related materials in alignment with the brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with operations and suppliers to enhance customer experience while maintaining a consistent brand image.
  • Evaluate new products and materials for functionality, aesthetics, cost-effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of new brands, new store openings, and special marketing projects.
  • Develop grand opening marketing plans and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project launches.
  • Support project implementation from concept through execution and post-launch evaluation.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and consumer preferences.
  • Analyze market data and customer insights to support product innovation and marketing decisions.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve brand competitiveness and business performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Brand Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, brand promotion, or related roles; experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, especially multi-unit or chain operations, is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels, with proven experience in campaign planning and execution.
  • Excellent market research and analytical skills, with the ability to develop effective marketing strategies based on data and consumer insights.
  • Experience in product selection, packaging development, tableware sourcing, or cross-functional collaboration with suppliers is a plus.
  • Highly responsible, execution-oriented, innovative, and results-driven, with strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
