Marketing Summer Intern

Responsibilities

• - Support the planning and execution of conferences, client events, webinars, and other marketing activities, from initial coordination through post-event follow-up.
• - Assist with email and digital marketing campaigns, helping coordinate activities, manage timelines, and track results.
• - Help create, edit, and coordinate content for newsletters, social media, marketing materials, and internal communications.
• - Support CRM management, lead tracking, campaign reporting, and coordination with regional sales teams.
• - Conduct industry and market research, explore new marketing opportunities, and contribute to a variety of cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• - An undergraduate currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field with an expected graduation date of December 2027 - June 2028.
• - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• - Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• - A proactive, resourceful approach and willingness to take on new challenges.
• - A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for learning different aspects of marketing.
• - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Preferred

• - An interest in sustainability, energy, or international business is a plus.
