Job Summary

Own the marketing initiative lifecycle and cross-functional alignment, turning data insights into new campaigns and ensuring on-time delivery across launches.

  • Own the master initiatives log and implementation calendar to keep campaigns moving and silos aligned.
  • Turn brand insights into new marketing concepts and support launches from product to marketing to sales.
  • Collaborate broadly to unblock execution, present progress, and surface required next steps to stakeholders.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering insights from brand performance and existing initiatives to identify opportunities for optimization, improvement, or replication across other campaigns.
  • Assist in the conception and development of new marketing initiatives derived from data insights or in support of new Commercial and Product launches.
  • Create, track, and monitor the on-time development of all marketing initiatives; manage standard marketing processes and lead the implementation strategy calendar to ensure on-time delivery; maintain the master initiatives log to track real-time development stages.
  • Engage and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, address execution issues, and proactively solve project roadblocks.
  • Create and present materials to support marketing initiatives across other departments, keeping cross-functional teams aligned on deliverable progress, next steps, and additional requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in the telecommunication Industry.
  • Preferred majors in Business Administration, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Administration or Marketing preferred.
  • Experience with data analytics tools such as Google Data Studio, Looker, ThoughtSpot, Qualtrics (from intro).
  • Ability to understand, analyze, and interpret data and complex business processes.
  • Must have organization and planning skills.
  • Must have communication (verbal and written) skills in English preferably.
  • Computer knowledge (G-Suite, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word required)
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret market research studies and data.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common financial reports and legal documents.
  • Ability to effectively present information.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across a range of people internally and externally.
  • Ability to operate in a multi-task environment.
  • Strong attention to detail; Sense of urgency; Ability to solve conflicting situations; Ability to effectively manage time and prioritization.
  • Creative thinker (in and out of the box).
