Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the Foundation’s goals.
  • Promote awareness of programs, events, and initiatives through targeted outreach and campaigns.
  • Oversee the Foundation’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and email communications to increase brand awareness.
  • Execute cost-effective marketing initiatives, including email marketing, content marketing, and print advertising.
  • Collaborate with internal operations (Graphics, Copywriting, Media) to drive community engagement.
  • Strengthen and manage the Foundation’s brand identity across all platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, community needs, and market landscape.
  • Create compelling copy for various channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in SEO, digital marketing, and performance marketing techniques.
  • Strong experience in social media marketing and multichannel campaign management.
  • Experience with content marketing strategies that engage target audiences effectively.
  • Understanding of email marketing best practices and tools.
  • Ability to write persuasive copy that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Strong research skills to inform strategic decisions and identify market opportunities.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
