Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, social media, print, and traditional advertising channels.
  • Own client relationships — connect regularly, ensure goals are being met, and proactively recommend additional marketing channels when appropriate.
  • Create compelling content for websites, blogs, and email campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Optimize website content for SEO to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure resources are allocated effectively across campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, and use that data to improve future strategies.
  • Collaborate with our cross-functional team and keep everyone informed and aligned.
  • Be a visible, present, and engaged team member: available and communicative.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing strategy, performance marketing, or content marketing.
  • Strong command of SEO principles and social media marketing across multiple platforms.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting on campaign effectiveness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you write clearly, speak confidently, and listen well.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and channels simultaneously without dropping the ball.
  • A calm, professional demeanor — especially in high-pressure moments or difficult conversations.
  • An understanding of or willingness to learn about Amish and plain cultures; ability to speak the language is a significant advantage.
  • Experience with print and traditional advertising is a plus.
  • Knowledge of product management processes is advantageous.
