Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Marketing Strategist, Events develops and executes integrated event marketing and promotional strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth.
  • This role leads the planning, promotion, execution, and measurement of events while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and measurable business results.
  • This position is based in Neenah, WI and requires a minimum of three days per week in the office. Travel up to 20% nationwide is required for trade shows, conferences, customer events, and other marketing activities.
  • Develop and execute event marketing strategies that support business objectives and lead generation goals.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple events, including trade shows, conferences, customer events, and event promotion campaigns.
  • Create event marketing plans, audience targeting strategies, promotional communications, and attendee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Brand, PR, Product Management, and other stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
  • Manage event budgets, schedules, vendors, and logistics.
  • Analyze event performance, attendee engagement, lead generation, and ROI to optimize future programs.
  • Maintain event and promotional information within CRM and related systems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B event marketing, field marketing, trade show marketing, corporate events, or a related marketing discipline.
  • Experience planning and executing multiple concurrent events and promotional campaigns.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, digital analytics, and content management systems preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Marketing-related field.
  • In lieu of degree, may consider a combination of education and related work experience.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring event effectiveness and ROI.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
