Job Summary

Support operations and marketing enablement by maintaining materials, coordinating shipments, and keeping social and online content flowing, with a focus on inventory, process docs, and cross-team communication.

  • Operations & Logistics: Manage start-up form logs, ship program and SDS manuals, wall charts, and labels, and track shipments to Sales.
  • Content & Social: Collaborate on the social calendar and post content across platforms, and assist with competitor-informed social posts.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a log of plant start-up forms in the Marketing Teams Channel.
  • Prepare and ship program manuals, SDS manuals, wall charts, pocket guides, bucket tags, and labels.
  • Track shipments and communicate updates to Sales.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop the social media calendar and post content regularly across platforms.
  • Assist with ideation and competitor research to develop social media posts that engage customers and promote the brand.
  • Assist the Graphic Designer with updates to the website news section.
  • Order shipping supplies, bucket tags, copy paper, chemical labels, program manuals, training binders, printer ink, and other miscellaneous office supplies.
  • Maintain inventory and ensure availability of essential materials.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
  • 2+ years working experience in Marketing, Administration, or related field.
  • Experience with social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics
  • Familiarity with chemical or industrial product documentation is a plus.
