Job Summary

Own cross functional marketing programs that educate customers on energy efficiency and drive program participation, partnering with the Sr. Marketing Manager to plan, material development, and program reporting.

  • Marketing execution and stakeholder alignment: implement plans with the client and cross functional partners.
  • Materials engineering: develop offline and online content, campaigns, and collateral with brand compliance.
  • Project delivery and reporting: manage scope, timelines, and status updates for internal and external teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Embrace and operate within our core values.
  • Work directly with the Sr. Marketing Manager and client to implement marketing and communications plans to educate customers about energy efficiency and drive participation in energy efficiency programs.
  • Work with the client and subcontractors to develop on- and offline-marketing materials including website content, direct mailers, email communications, brochures, testimonials, technical fact sheets, incentive applications forms, email and direct mail campaigns, Program Ally newsletters, etc.
  • Provide written reports and updates in client facing meetings (may be virtual or in-person).
  • Project manage all elements of assigned marketing projects and work closely with graphic design team to develop brand compliant materials.
  • Prepare weekly agendas to communicate project statuses to internal and external teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field of study from an accredited college, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a marketing, advertising, public relations agency or consulting environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled at cross-functional communication and a team player.
  • Demonstrated experience representing diverse cultures in marketing projects and campaigns.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing marketing communication plans, with the ability to manage and execute collateral development, email and direct mail campaigns, advertising, and social media projects.
  • Proficient use of computer and online tools, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and social networking sites.
  • Must be available for some client-required evening or weekend events.

Preferred

  • Experience with copy writing, editing, and proofreading is strongly preferred.
