Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute growth strategies to generate inbound leads and increase revenue
Manage and optimize digital campaigns (Google Ads, SEO, email, and social media)
Analyze data and performance metrics to improve conversion rates and ROI
Track and report on lead generation, cost per acquisition, and campaign performance
Improve website performance, landing pages, and funnels

Requirements

2–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data and metrics
Experience with Google Ads, SEO, or paid acquisition
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, or similar)
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
