Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a localized marketing strategy that aligns with global brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales (Swan USA) to support sales-driven initiatives.
• Coordinate with the Global Head of Marketing (HQ) to ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and product positioning.
• Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, social media, email, print and events.
• Oversee content creation for newsletters, website updates and social media.
• Work with internal teams and Headquarters to develop promotional materials.
• Oversee website updates, social media platform, and digital content optimization.
• Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, and email campaigns to educate and engage target audiences.
• Ensure brand consistency across all U.S. marketing materials and channels.
• Utilize CRM tools to track campaign performance.

Requirements

• Experience with trade show management, content creation, and lead generation campaigns.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Innovative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with water quality monitoring, instrumentation, or analytical systems is a plus.
