Job Summary

You will own hands-on creation of social media content and supporting marketing materials, coordinate events and assets, and help analyze engagement to inform campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist with creating social media content, including photography, short-form video, graphics, and written captions.
Edit and prepare videos, photos, and other digital content for use across marketing channels.
Assist with creating and updating flyers, recruiting materials, signage, presentations, and other print or digital materials.
Help coordinate and maintain branded apparel, promotional items, and related inventory.
Organize and maintain marketing files, photos, videos, templates, and other digital assets.
Support trade shows, career fairs, recruiting activities, community events, and other company events.
Assist with preparing event materials, displays, promotional items, and event-related content.
Monitor basic social media engagement and analytics.
Contribute ideas for social media, video, recruiting, events, and other marketing initiatives.
Support other marketing projects and activities as assigned.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Business, Media Production, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, or similar creative tools is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative, organized, dependable, and willing to learn.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with others.
