Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the execution and day-to-day management of community and local partnerships across a variety of sectors (events, sports teams, universities, etc.)
  • Assisting with radio promotions, including contract coordination, ticket fulfillment, and promotional scheduling
  • Coordinating and fulfilling partnership deliverables, ensuring all contractual obligations are executed accurately and on time
  • Identifying and executing community outreach initiatives to expand our presence in the Tampa Bay market
  • Facilitating internal communications across departments to ensure alignment and successful execution of current initiatives and promotions
  • Contributing to the planning and execution of guest-facing events, seasonal activations, and promotional experiences
  • Provide operational support, including but not limited to; promotional ordering, vendor coordination, payment requests, and more
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field highly preferred
  • 0-2 Years of relevant experience - internships or campus involvement qualify
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship building and collaboration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Willingness to work occasional nights, weekends, and events (approximately 20-25 times per year)

Preferred

  • Must be able to lift 20 pounds and push/pull up to 50 pounds
  • Enthusiastic, confident change-agent, performer, and team player with the ability and passion to work in a demanding and fast paced environment
  • Ability to work with various departments and within varying organizational structures to achieve park and Company goals
  • Creative thinker with an interest in promotions, partnerships, and experiential marketing
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
