Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prospect Management
  • - Produce compelling qualifications, proposals and interview materials in InDesign, coordinating strategy, schedules, narratives, images, layouts and subconsultant content.
  • - Partner with Marketing Directors and Managers to apply best practices throughout prepositioning, proposal, shortlist, interview and post-pursuit activities.
  • - Keep pursuit content accurate, relevant and complete through active use of content management systems.
  • - Identify opportunities to incorporate thought leadership into lead generation and pursuit efforts.
  • Lead Generation & Client Development
  • - Develop and produce custom brochures, lead generation materials and client-facing collateral.
  • - Coordinate business development and market-focused client relationship meetings, including event logistics in partnership with Communications.
  • - Support market leaders with materials before and after client engagements and help strengthen a culture of proactive targeting and prepositioning.
  • - Provide regular updates in CRM and other marketing databases.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, including proposal development for a professional services firm; work samples or a portfolio may be requested.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator; Figma experience is beneficial.
  • Strong knowledge of layout and graphic design principles, with excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Exceptional project, time and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a collaborative, detail-oriented approach.
  • Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint, OpenAsset, Dynamics 365 or similar databases is a plus.

Preferred

  • Figma experience is beneficial.
