Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Produce compelling qualifications, proposals and interview materials in InDesign, coordinating strategy, schedules, narratives, images, layouts and subconsultant content.
  • Partner with Marketing Directors and Managers to apply best practices throughout prepositioning, proposal, shortlist, interview and post-pursuit activities.
  • Keep pursuit content accurate, relevant and complete through active use of content management systems.
  • Identify opportunities to incorporate thought leadership into lead generation and pursuit efforts.
  • Develop and produce custom brochures, lead generation materials and client-facing collateral.
  • Coordinate business development and market-focused client relationship meetings, including event logistics in partnership with Communications.
  • Support market leaders with materials before and after client engagements and help strengthen a culture of proactive targeting and prepositioning.
  • Provide regular updates in CRM and other marketing databases.
  • Use proposal and collaboration tools—including Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Teams and MURAL—to support efficient, coordinated pursuits.
  • Collect, enter and maintain accurate prospect, project and content data in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Deltek Vantagepoint and OpenAsset.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, including proposal development for a professional services firm; work samples or a portfolio may be requested.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator; Figma experience is beneficial.
  • Strong knowledge of layout and graphic design principles, with excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Exceptional project, time and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a collaborative, detail-oriented approach.
  • Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint, OpenAsset, Dynamics 365 or similar databases is a plus.
