Responsibilities

• Marketing & Brand Support
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that support business development, recruiting, and brand awareness
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms (website, social media, proposals, signage, apparel, etc.)
• Coordinate project spotlights, case studies, and testimonials
• Support trade show planning, sponsorships, and industry events
• Digital & Content Marketing
• Manage and update company website content (project pages, service descriptions, blogs)
• Create and schedule social media content highlighting projects, people, and company culture
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and CRM-based outreach
• Track and report basic marketing metrics (engagement, leads, website traffic)

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to travel locally to job sites, meetings, and events
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Comfort working in both office and active construction environments
• Photography or video experience (especially jobsite content)

Preferred

• Familiarity with CRM systems, website CMS platforms, and social media tools
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
• Understanding of construction terminology and project workflows
