Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management (25%)
  • Own day-to-day management of company social media channels across brands where applicable: Facebook. LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Create and publish daily/weekly/monthly content via HubSpot Social tools
  • Develop and maintain a structured social content calendar
  • Monitor engagement and respond appropriately to comments and inquiries
  • Refresh visual and campaign themes as needed based on performance
  • Identify and capture internal culture content (events, employee recognition, holidays)
  • Execute marketing campaigns as planned by the Marketing Director
  • Track and report on social media performance
  • Graphic Design & Creative Development (25%)
  • Design branded digital and print materials including but not limited to social graphics, sales collateral, presentations, brochures, flyers, advertisements, email graphics, logos, and trade show assets
  • Use Canva and Adobe Business Suite to produce professional creative assets
  • Maintain organized asset libraries for future use
  • Apply established design principles and branding standards to all deliverables
  • Brand Management & Governance (15%)
  • Serve as brand steward for all company brands
  • Ensure logos, typography, color palettes (RGB, CMYK, HEX, PMS), and visual identity standards are accurate and consistently applied
  • Maintain and update formal brand guidelines for both digital and print applications
  • Review and approve all public-facing branded materials created by internal teams
  • Develop branded assets for internal requests including but not limited to social media posts, eblasts, custom posters and onsite materials, event materials, and sales collateral
  • Coordinate the production and ordering of branded materials including business cards, print collateral, and signage
  • Manage marketing asset libraries, templates, and brand resources
  • Email Marketing & Campaign Support (10%)
  • Build, format, and deploy email campaigns in HubSpot and Bullhorn
  • Maintain email templates and marketing assets
  • Support audience list preparation and campaign execution
  • Track and report on email marketing performance metrics including open rates, click-though rates, conversions, and engagement trends
  • Support automated nurture campaigns and workflow execution
  • Marketing Analytics & Reporting (10%)
  • Collect and organize marketing performance data from various platforms
  • Maintain KPI dashboards and recurring reports within HubSpot and other reporting tools
  • Track campaign performance, social media metrics, and lead generation activity
  • Identify trends and provide monthly performance summaries to Marketing Director
  • Project Coordination (10%)
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information, feedback, and approvals
  • Communicate project status and proactively identify risks or delays
  • Sales & Recruiting Support (5%)
  • Create and update sales enablement materials
  • Support recruiting campaigns and hiring initiatives
  • Assist with trade shows, conferences, and industry events
  • Coordinate promotional activities and marketing communications
