Responsibilities

• Marketing & Lead Generation: Create and manage listings for homes on Facebook Marketplace, Zillow, Craigslist, and other platforms
• Marketing & Lead Generation: Assist in developing and managing Google Ads and digital advertising campaigns
• Marketing & Lead Generation: Create engaging flyers, brochures, and marketing materials
• Marketing & Lead Generation: Help produce photo and video content for homes and communities
• Marketing & Lead Generation: Develop creative strategies to increase walk-in traffic and appointment bookings
• Marketing & Lead Generation: Research and test new marketing channels to attract buyers
• Sales Support: Assist sales managers with lead follow-up and appointment scheduling
• Sales Support: Support the team during open houses and community tours
• Sales Support: Help track leads and marketing performance
• Sales Support: Assist with competitive market analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Marketing preferred
• One to two years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field
• Knowledge in digital marketing and sales
• Experience running paid advertisements
• Experience with social media platforms and online marketplaces
• Basic skills in Canva, Google Ads, or similar marketing tools preferred
• Creative, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and willingness to interact with prospective buyers
