Job Summary

Own and coordinate entry level marketing support across print, web, social, and events under the Marketing Director, ensuring assets are current and campaigns stay consistent.

Ownership: Content posting, material production, and asset inventory management for Jet Direct Mortgage.
Operations: Update website materials and support marketing and sponsorship activity with sales and leadership.
Channel mix: Social media publishing, distribution lists, and cross-channel coordination to back multiple business units.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Marketing assistant will work under the Director of Marketing on a wide variety of projects across multiple media such as print, web, social media, email marketing and more.
Carrying out production of marketing material for Jet Direct Mortgage as a corporate entity as well as assist our growing sales team with their individual marketing endeavors.
Assisting in all aspects of marketing, including but not limited to: ensuring website and marketing materials are up to date and accurate.
Assist in planning and implementing marketing & sponsorship activities in coordination with staff, sales team, and executive management.
Keeping accurate inventory of trade show assets and promotional material.
Post content to social media sites
Maintain and update lists and distribution
Additional tasks will be assigned depending upon assessment of candidate’s strengths & interests.

Requirements

A solid understanding of layout and design principles and clean design aesthetic.
A portfolio of work to demonstrate ability and design style.
Ability to multitask requests from multiple administrators.
Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
WordPress
Microsoft Office products
Email marketing platforms
