Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution & Operations: Support email campaign execution in HubSpot/SFMC (build, QA, scheduling); Assist with website updates and landing page creation; Help maintain campaign timelines and deliverables across channels
• Project Management & Coordination: Manage tasks and timelines in ClickUp to keep marketing initiatives on track; Coordinate across marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure smooth execution; Identify risks, flag blockers early, and help drive projects forward
• Content & Social Execution: Own and manage the weekly social media calendar (primarily LinkedIn), ensuring consistent, on-brand posting; Draft and edit light marketing copy across social, email, and web; Partner with internal stakeholders to turn ideas into publishable content quickly
• Sales Enablement Support: Build and update PowerPoint decks, one-pagers, and sales activation kits; Support event execution (pre-event prep, materials, coordination, follow-ups); Ensure sales teams have the right materials at the right time
