Marketing Specialist I

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing go-to-market (GTM) plans, including basic market research, audience targeting, and campaign support for designated industry.
• Create and coordinate marketing content aligned to brand messaging and different stages of the buyer’s journey.
• Support development of marketing assets such as paid media placements, social media content, brochures, and sales materials.
• Assist with digital campaign execution across platforms (email, social, web)
• Help coordinate events, including trade shows, PR efforts, etc for designated industry.
• In collaboration with the digital team, track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, marketing, business divisions) as well as agency partners to support campaign inputs, execution and alignment
• Stay up to date on marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships, coursework, or projects considered and encouraged to be submitted with application).

Preferred

• Basic understanding of traditional and digital marketing, social media strategy, and content creation.
• Familiarity with the buyer’s journey and general marketing principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow in a fast-paced environment. A lean-in and curious mind-set is encouraged.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to analytics tools (Google Analytics, social insights, etc.).
• Internship experience in marketing or related field.
• Mobile-first social media content creation.
• Experience developing and deploying B2B marketing campaigns
