  • Event Planning & Execution Support: Coordinate logistics for community events, open houses, and stakeholder meetings (e.g., invitations, materials, vendors, run-of-show documents), partnering closely with External Affairs and site teams.
  • Project Coordination: Help manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure materials are completed accurately and on time across multiple sites.
  • External Affairs Support: Work with EA leads to gather inputs and translate them into clear, consistent marketing materials that reflect local needs.
  • Messaging Support (as needed): Assist in drafting and refining basic messaging, talking points, and communications for community engagement—primarily supporting senior team members.
  • Template & Process Management: Maintain and organize templates, shared assets, and marketing resources to ensure consistency and efficiency as new sites are added.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, external affairs, and operations to ensure alignment and smooth execution of deliverables.
Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, event coordination, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail
  • Experience developing marketing materials (PowerPoint, one-pagers, event collateral, etc.)
  • Experience supporting or coordinating events (corporate, community, or marketing events)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable taking direction while also being proactive in driving tasks forward
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) is a plus
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to support events or site needs
Nice-to-Have (Not Required)
  • Exposure to community relations, public affairs, or communications
  • Experience working in infrastructure, energy, real estate, construction, or tech environments
  • Interest in learning about AI, data centers, or emerging technology
