Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Developing keynote speeches and executive remarks for the External Affairs Lead
  • Create media briefings, key messages, and supporting materials
  • Draft and support press releases in alignment with external affairs priorities
  • Developing compelling social media content for External Affairs Lead
  • Write thought leadership articles that strengthen external positioning and credibility

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in external communications, corporate affairs or executive communications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Affairs, Journalism, Political Science, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills across formats and channels
  • Proven ability to produce concise, executive‑level content under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in digital content formats and social media communication
  • Proficiency with MS Powerpoint, Adobe (or equivalent), Scrivito (or equivalent) and Eloqua (or equivalent)
  • Ability to work in cross functional and cross regional teams to drive public affairs communication
  • Strong professional judgment and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to plan and deliver work independently within quarterly or annual cycles in a project‑driven environment
  • Native- level proficiency in written and spoken English
