Job Summary

Own the end-to-end execution of major trade shows and customer events, driving multi-team alignment, on-site readiness, and post-event recaps that translate into concrete marketing momentum.

  • Cross-Functional Execution: Align marketing, sales, product, operations, and leadership to deliver integrated event workstreams.
  • Operational Rigor: Maintain trackers, budgets, post-event recaps, and structured marketing ops to keep programs polished and accountable.

Job Description

Own end-to-end event planning and execution across major trade shows and customer events with cross-functional alignment and post-event recap delivery.

  • Lead end-to-end planning and coordination for major trade shows, customer events, and industry activations, including timelines, milestones, logistics, vendor coordination, registration, shipping, asset tracking, and on-site readiness.
  • Build and manage detailed project plans to keep all event workstreams on track and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, product management, operations, procurement, and leadership to gather inputs, align deliverables, and drive follow-through.
  • Manage event-related materials including booth assets, literature, samples, promotional items, signage, show services, installation and dismantle details, and travel coordination as needed.
  • Monitor deadlines, surface risks early, and help problem-solve issues to ensure a high level of execution.
  • Support event budget tracking, invoice coordination, and reconciliation activities.
  • Support structured marketing operations activities tied to customer and channel needs, including retailer content coordination, PIM-related updates, and management of detailed product or marketing information.
  • Maintain trackers, calendars, inventories, status documents, and other tools that improve visibility and execution across marketing initiatives.
  • Help coordinate cross-functional deliverables tied to launches, customer programs, and channel-specific initiatives.
  • Assist in building post-event recaps, status updates, and execution summaries.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.
    • 2-5 years of experience in marketing coordination, event planning, trade show management, marketing operations, or a related role.
    • Proven ability to manage highly detailed projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Comfortable managing spreadsheets, trackers, systems, and detail-heavy workflows.
    • Willingness to travel to support trade shows and events as needed.
    • Experience with trade shows, customer events, retailer portals, PIM systems, or marketing operations support is a plus.
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and follow through with clarity, persistence, and professionalism.
    • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
