Responsibilities

• providing general support for marketing department
• being a mentor for fellow team members
• leading the design of proposals
• leading the development of presentation strategy and materials
• development of marketing collateral
• content management in firm database
• developing new content for collateral, website and other writing support as needed
• ensure quality control for team deliverables
• Leading meetings and consultatively managing the proposal and interview process
• Thorough understanding of Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements and asking questions to ensure accurate deliverable

Requirements

• 2- or 4-year degree preferred
• Self-Driven Individual with ability to self-manage initiative and determine ROI
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite products (especially PowerPoint and InDesign)

• AEC Experience a Plus
