Job Summary

Own campaign execution for energy efficiency products and programs while coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to move from planning to impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Own campaign execution – From planning and content development to managing external agencies and internal teams, you’ll ensure seamless, high-impact marketing campaigns that range from large-scale paid media to individual customer success stories.
  • Drive results – Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and vendor partnerships to deliver measurable success.
  • Collaborate & innovate – Work closely with digital, PR, creative, and customer service teams to bring fresh ideas and strategies to life.
  • Build strong partnerships – Foster and manage relationships with trade allies to promote energy efficiency initiatives.
  • Be a subject matter expert and an excellent communicator – Translate technical information into engaging content for diverse audiences, across channels (sell sheets, emails, webpage copy, and more!).
  • Make an impact – Travel occasionally (about 10%) to see firsthand the difference your work is making in the industry.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years of product marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sustainability, or relevant degree
  • Strong time and project management skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient/expert-level use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Nice to have
  • Experience in sustainability, clean energy and/or energy efficiency industry preferred
  • Proven track record of executing successful campaigns, developing trade-ally relationships, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing projects
  • Proficient/expert-level use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is listed under skills but can be considered a practical requirement; otherwise, related collaboration and communication abilities are desirable
