Drive community outreach and referral growth for a homecare agency, owning local marketing, lead generation, and client acquisition strategies.

• Own and execute community outreach to generate leads and referrals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources (case managers, social workers, hospitals, rehab centers, senior communities, etc.).
• Generate new client leads and referrals through outreach and networking.
• Follow up with potential clients and referral sources to convert leads into active services
• Attend community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
• Conduct in-person visits to facilities and organizations to promote services
• Represent the agency professionally in all community interactions
• Distribute marketing materials (flyers, brochures, business cards)
• Assist with social media engagement and promotional efforts
• Support development and execution of marketing strategies

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or healthcare outreach (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with in-person networking and relationship building
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Basic knowledge of homecare or healthcare services (preferred but not required)
• Professional, organized, and goal-oriented
