• Marketing Specialist
• 100% Remote in The United States Description: Overview: Transplant demand generation execution This role will drive, implement, monitor, and measure results of marketing activities to advance our mission, strategic plan and business objectives.
• The Specialist will be involved in the strategic evaluation and tactical execution of marketing activities, which may include advertising, collateral development, digital marketing, media, and content assessment.
• The specialist demonstrates a strong understanding of marketing, critical thinking, and strategic counseling. and changing environment.
• This role also works with complexity, drives strategic influence, and interfacing with the practice.
• This role must work with multiple tools including AI, the Adobe tools suite and knowledge of Agile processes is preferred.
• Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Rochester, MN.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of marketing experience including demand generation
• Must possess the ability to inspire trust and confidence, and maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Must be able to work independently and collaboratively to prioritize and drive forward multiple projects.
• Must possess high personal motivation supporting a strong work ethic, flexibility, and creativity.

Preferred

• Knowledge of Agile processes is preferred.
• Work with multiple tools including AI, the Adobe tools suite.
