You will own the end-to-end patient demand engine, planning paid campaigns, coordinating events, building partnerships, and producing content while tracking performance across online and offline channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan and run paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other patient-facing channels
Organize and run in-person events: patient seminars, health expos, conference booths, community info sessions
Design and produce physical materials such as brochures, booth displays, signage, and clinic-facing collateral
Build local partnerships with community groups, clinics, and referral partners to reach patients offline
Produce content for AEO, SEO, social, and email that answers real patient questions
Grow and manage Kibo's social channels and community
Track performance across both online and offline channels, and report on cost per lead, conversion, and channel mix

Requirements

2+ years in marketing, growth, or brand marketing with both digital and event or field experience
Hands-on experience running events or trade show presence from planning to day-of execution
Experience with paid search and paid social is a strong plus
Comfortable writing clear copy in English; additional languages a plus
Willing to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends for events
Strong analytical skills with a focus on measurable results
