Job Summary

Own multi-channel co-brand partnership marketing from strategy through execution, aligning with partners, agencies, and internal teams to drive growth, retention, and compliant, on-brand assets.

  • Partnership & Campaign Leadership: develop and run cross-channel programs with the partner to hit growth and engagement targets.
  • Compliance & Performance: ensure materials meet branding and regulatory standards and measure results to optimize spend.
  • Events & Collaboration: plan and execute events and activations with cross-functional teams and external partners to hit business goals.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing programs and strategies to support a major co-brand partnership, including marketing, advertising, promotions, and front line collateral and training materials
  • Deliver measurable, customer-centric, multi-channel marketing programs to maximize customer growth, retention and engagement—working with and through our partner to set the agenda and drive marketing outcomes in U.S. Bank and partner channels
  • Evaluate and measure program results to optimize investment
  • Work with agencies and cross-functional teams to produce materials that are branded and compliant
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure all marketing programs comply with laws, regulations and bank policies
  • Coordinate, develop and execute marketing events such as tradeshows, seminars, industry sponsorships, local events, etc., to achieve business line goals
  • Provide solutions and problem solve for business line objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results

Preferred

  • Ability to lead projects and provide marketing that is data-driven, customer-centric, and relevant
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and assignments that are completed on time and on budget
  • Experience working with external partners to drive growth objectives. Ability to build trusted partnerships and influence without direct authority
  • Ability to collaborate with research teams and leaders to adapt strategies based on research findings and campaign results
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and team building skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages
  • MBA or equivalent markers of high achievement are a plus
