Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Campaign Execution
  • Own campaigns from concept through execution and performance tracking
  • Contribute to campaign and brand strategy, bringing forward ideas, messaging, and content opportunities
  • Write and produce content across email, blog, web, ads, and landing pages, adapting tone and messaging by audience and channel
  • Regional & Sales Partnership
  • Partner with regional sales teams to understand market-specific growth goals and develop campaigns and content that directly support geo expansion, product line growth, and regional revenue targets
  • Serve as the marketing point of contact for regional sales teams fielding campaign requests, aligning on priorities, and ensuring teams are equipped with the right materials and messaging for their markets
  • Participate in regional sales planning and strategy meetings to keep marketing campaigns aligned to sales priorities and timed to support the business
  • Translate regional sales insights and client feedback into content and campaign adjustments that improve performance over time
  • Sales Enablement & Marketing Support
  • Develop and maintain sales collateral including decks, one-pagers, product sheets, and capability materials
  • Manage collateral libraries to ensure materials are current, accurate, and accessible
  • Support custom sales requests, regional adaptations, and presentation needs
  • Assist in building sales toolkits, onboarding materials, and brand guides
  • Own the branded merchandise and swag program including vendor relationships, inventory management, order fulfillment, and budget tracking
  • Manage marketing administrative tasks including vendor coordination, purchase orders, and budget tracking support
  • Cross-Brand & Company-Wide Support
  • Support campaigns and content across all brands while maintaining distinct brand voices
  • Contribute to company-wide initiatives including internal content, campaigns, and brand storytelling
  • Collaborate with Social and SEO partners to align messaging and optimize performance, writing with search intent in mind and incorporating keyword guidance naturally into published content
  • Support photoshoots, events, and content production as needed
  • Ensure quality and consistency across all content and assist with asset library management
  • End-to-end reporting for campaigns setting measurable goal and key metrics including traffic, engagement, conversions, and lead generation, ensuring proper tagging and attribution
  • Contribute to the team's monthly marketing reporting with campaign and content performance analysis, staying current on content trends, SEO developments, regional market activity, and competitor landscape

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of marketing, content, or campaign experience ideally in events, hospitality, or a related industry
  • Strong writing skills across multiple formats, you can write a product description, a campaign email, and a regional sales one-pager and make each one feel native to its format and audience
  • Ability to write in multiple brand voices without blending them
  • Working knowledge of SEO content principles, you understand search intent and have experience incorporating agency SEO guidance into published content
  • Strong proofreading and editing skills with a sharp eye for grammar, consistency, and brand accuracy
  • Experience supporting or developing sales collateral and marketing materials
  • Comfortable owning operational responsibilities such as vendor management, budget tracking, and program administration
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or similar
  • Familiarity with Canva for content formatting and asset adaptation
  • Collaborative by nature, this role touches almost every function on the marketing and sales teams
  • Experience in the event rental, wedding, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle industry a plus
