Job Description
Responsibilities
- Create, organize, research, and prepare submittals and presentations.
- Prepare marketing materials with corporate image and company guidelines
- Responsible for web, intranet, and social media updates.
- Assures that the company’s project and resume information are accurate and updated for responding to teaming requests and RFQs/RFPs.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years in marketing and/or communications.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, or marketing with excellent proofing abilities.
- Experience or knowledge with InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred
- Experience with proposal and graphic design is a plus.
- An understanding of the AEC industry is preferred.
