Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content for our Facebook and Instagram channels, including photos, short video, and promotions
• Engage with our online community and respond to comments and messages in a timely, on-brand way
• Build and send Mailchimp email campaigns that support the sales team's group, wedding, and corporate business
• Design and update restaurant menus, banquet menus, and event packages
• Create signage, flyers, and guest notices for departments throughout the hotel
• Promote hotel events, seasonal packages, and restaurant specials
• Track social and email results and share what's working with leadership
• Keep all materials consistent with Radisson brand standards

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media, marketing, or communications
• Hands-on experience with Facebook and Instagram (Meta Business Suite)
• Design skills in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across departments
• Availability for occasional evenings and weekends
• A portfolio or links to work samples
• Preferred: Hospitality, restaurant, or tourism marketing experience
• Preferred: Experience with Mailchimp or a similar email platform
• Preferred: Photography and basic video editing skills
